With a Managing Director focused on North American transactions, along with our broker dealer partner, we have spent the last ten years guiding clients through complicated financing, M&A advisory, and project finance assignments from qualification to financial close.

David Demas

David has been raising capital for over twenty years, and his focus has been in the green infrastructure markets. His corporate M&A advisory, investment banking, and business development experience is in the waste, technology, healthcare and consumer sectors. Dave has relationships with companies ranging from technology startups to established enterprises and has closed many transactions in the space. Demas continues to develop a successful track record with unteachable experiences under his belt from throughout his career.
David has advised many clients in their M&A efforts and has served on the board of directors of both publicly traded and private companies. He has started two businesses and completed successful sales for both. Demas' philosophy reflects his passion is in the circular economy of taking waste streams and converting its value into various renewable off-take power and fuels contracts.

Demetria Nicholls is a financial analyst and consultant with extensive experience in large private and public infrastructure projects. Her skills include economic analysis, financial modeling, and business case writing. She has experience in strategic and financial advice for large infrastructure deals by publicly traded companies as well as government bodies. She also has a background in fixed income strategies.
Chad Demas

Chad Demas acquired his business degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to pursue a career in universal design for his start-up company, Adaptive Design for Accessibility, LLC. His path as a startup entrepreneur taught him the invaluable internal processes that make a business successful. He then joined the DE team in 2020 and steered his career away from ADA, wheelchair accessible commercial and residential projects, into the renewable energy sector, focusing on sustainable infrastructure development and capital raise assignments.
For the past five years Chad has been raising capital for energy companies at the TopCo level, securing any necessary debt financing for his clients and facilitating M&A transactions in the space. The Demas team is also ambitious in developing our own renewable energy projects in the US, as early phases have already begun for these projects identified.
Chad is proud of his ability to connect well with clients and form lasting relationships with successful partnerships in the waste-to-energy market, bringing together both technology companies and financial partners alike. As an avid fisherman and outdoorsman, his connection to the nature has fueled his passion for preservation and sustainable energy transitions for a cleaner future.
