Our Team

David Demas

  • David has been raising capital for over twenty years, and his focus has been in the green infrastructure markets. His corporate M&A advisory, investment banking, and business development experience is in the waste, technology, healthcare and consumer sectors. Dave has relationships with companies ranging from technology startups to established enterprises and has closed many transactions in the space. Demas continues to develop a successful track record with unteachable experiences under his belt from throughout his career.

    David has advised many clients in their M&A efforts and has served on the board of directors of both publicly traded and private companies. He has started two businesses and completed successful sales for both. Demas' philosophy reflects his passion is in the circular economy of taking waste streams and converting its value into various renewable off-take power and fuels contracts.

Demetria Nicholls

  • ​Demetria Nicholls is a financial analyst and consultant with extensive experience in large private and public infrastructure projects. Her skills include economic analysis, financial modeling, and business case writing. She has experience in strategic and financial advice for large infrastructure deals by publicly traded companies as well as government bodies. She also has a background in fixed income strategies. 

Chad Demas

  • Chad Demas earned a business degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to pursue an entrepreneurial career in universal design for his start-up company, Adaptive Design for Accessibility, LLC.  As a wheelchair user, Chad has since progressed his focus from ADA projects to large-scale, renewable energy projects.

    For the past four years Chad has been raising capital, debt and facilitated a public M&A transaction in the energy sector. His goal is to develop and own renewable energy projects as well . Chad connects clients together to form successful partnerships through relationships in the waster-to-energy network of both technology companies and financial partners.

    As an avid fisherman and boater, his connection to the outdoors has fueled his passion for preservation and sustainable, green energy transitions for a cleaner future.
